Re: Pennsylvania's 3301(c) of the Divorce Code, this code states: "I wish to claim economic relief which may include alimony, division of property, lawyer's fees or expenses or other important rights"...

Question1: What is meant by "other important rights"?
Question 2: What are some examples of these "other important rights"?

As not currently stipulated in the pending property settlement, can I begin charging rent for a business that my soon-to-be-ex is currently running from the property I am due to receive as part of the divorce settlement?

One would think that if you are to get the property in the settlement, you could charge rent, kick him out, or do anything else you want to. But you had better be sure that it's clear in the settlement. Now's the time to iron out any uncertainty in the settlement, not after it's adopted by the court.
