We can't diagnose over the Internet. We can't see him or touch him or check his blood or run tests. A vet can do all that in person. Call an area animal shelter to find out the names of low-cost vets or work out a payment plan with a vet. Please don't let the dog suffer!

You gave us little to go on, there are many other things to consider.
Has she eaten at all since you got her?
How long have you had her?
Is she drinking?
Is there any vomiting? How is she acting, lethargic, playing, quietly sits in the corner?
Has she had a normal stool at all since being with you.
Did you get any medical history from the original owners?
And just to let you know there are two types of blood that can be present in stool.
Frank blood which will be bright red, much like when you cut yourself.
Occult blood which you may not know is there. It will cause the stool to be dark and have an odd odor.
So there may be blood in the stool that you don't know about.
She may be stressed after her move, but you don't even tell us how long that has been.
A chihuahua will not last long not eating, tiny dogs have very little reserve to carry them through illness like a larger dog and may become critical in a matter of a couple of days.
You should have set the price of an exam aside to get her in and get her health checked within 48 hours of bringing her to your home, just to be safe.
I know times are tough, I've been there, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and make a way to do what needs to be done.

Besides this RUDE poster is in violation of the site rules that PROHIBIT using chatspeak. They bought the dog... they have both the legal and moral responsibility to properly take care of it. I feel bad for that dog. This rises to the level of neglect.
