I have a metal clad replacement window that is slightly out of square. When measured diagonally, the window is 63" left to right and 63.5" right to left. The windows work, but the locking mechanism is a little tight and misaligned by about 1/4".

Is it possible to re-plumb the window? Is it worth the work?

Thanks

Yes it can be squared up by taking it out and reinstalling properly. Remove all fasteners, shim and reinstall fasteners. Should not be difficult.
