I cannot forward e-mail. How do I correct this problem??

Hi William Hale,
My name is Deepa and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. I would like to get some more information on this issue to help you in a better way. Following are the information that I would need from you:-
>Browser that you are using (for example:-Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) and if you have tried a different browser
>Email id (example:-yahoo, gmail, bellsouth)
>Have you configured your email in any email client like Outlook 2010 or Windows live mail
>Is it happening with all your emails or is that an issue with only one particular mail
