The signature is the bottom right corner. I couldn't zoom in because it would be too blurry , so help me with what I got, please.

Looks like a 60's "Age of Aquarius" time frame. Can't read any better than you.

Little strange for my taste. Interacial? Gay? Not sure what it is trying to tell me. Take it to an art store, they can probably do better with the picture in person.
