My wife's ex husband wife is being verbal and rude when my wife wants ro talk to her ex husband about her son she want let him talk to her and has to be there with my wife in person when she wants to talk to him about a matter with her son

I don't understand the problem. If she wants to be there when they talk about their son, then let her. She is the wife, and stepmother.
