The next day it dawned on me that I probably still had semen on my hand. Today is July 6th. My period was supposed to start yesterday. I did experience some cramping and bloating. And gas. As if my period was going to start. But it didn't. I am very worried and I really need some feeedback and advice.

As I said before I did experience mild cramping, bloating and gas yesterday , making me believe it was implantation bleeding. So I am not sure.
But I am definatley taking what you said into consideration.

I am sorry. I just never dealt with this situation.
I've read other post where some people say you can get pregnant from semen on your fingers.
And then the whole spotting thing happened.

Considering your encounter it is impossible for you to be pregnant.

I am 16 years old honestly. And I know. I know I am talking in a circle about the situation.

Take this as a lesson learned. I deliver babies to 16 year old girls all the time, but none of them ever got pregnant from semen on their hands.

You do the same thing you do every month with your period. Now, remember it might be lighter or you may even skip it only because you have been so stressed out over this. Stress can cause missed periods.

You are experiencing an off period due to your stress. Please stop asking the same question over and over. You won't get a different answer.

This is not pregnancy, spotting happens, missed periods happen, few women are always regular. This is what you as you grow up have to get used to.

If what you said before is all that happened, then you can not be pregnant, does not work that way.

My period started five days ago.
The first 2 days were normal. I had red blood, it was heavy like as well.
