We have a raised ranch and have an issue with airflow. It is VERY minimal. It is around 89 degrees outside and 86 in the house. We have had the a/c unit looked at and serviced. The tech was supposed to come back and run a diagnostic on the blower of the furnace, but never showed. He said it looked as if it were running fine. Any other suggestions as to what it could be??

A properly sized A/C unit should be able to maintain a 20 degree F split between the intake/return air the discharge ducts in the home. It should also be able to maintain a 20 drop from inside temp to outside temp. You are not getting enough cooling BUT it could be the unit is way to small or is having some sort of mechanical problems. The figures above a ball part since I would have to use various pieces of test equipment to come to a final conclusion.
How is the condensate? Is it dripping or not?
