Plants indoors or outdoors?
If indoors get the plants out of her reach, some plants are very toxic to animals and puppies will chew on most anything.
She could experience anything from vomiting to diarrhea to neurologic damage to seizures to death, so please for her sake remove the house plants.
If outdoor plants then you will need to watch her very closely and make sure she doesn't snack on them while she is outdoors. I love to garden but there are some things I refuse to plant because of the danger they pose to my dogs should they eat them.
Do a Google search of toxic plants for dogs and read up on them.

As far as the weight gaining, check the bag for feeding instructions and feed only what she should have for her weight, no more no less.
She is only 9 weeks old, give her time, you don't want fast weight gain, you want steady, healthy weight gain.
Over feeding will cause bone and joint abnormalities so don't load her up with food.
Making sure she has been and is being properly dewormed will be essential in her weight gain also, and make certain she gets properly vaccinated, if you have not already had her first set of shots it is time.

I see on June 9, she weighed 7 lb 5 oz, how much does she weigh now?

She weight as of tonight 6lb even. She is updated on her shots. So that is good but when I feed her it like she haven't ate at all. Her stomach is in wards and she drink plenty water. It like she is not gaining any weight. But she is very actitive.

Does her vet feel that her weight gain is not appropriate for her size and stature and age.
He/she is a much better judge of that than anyone here because we can't see her.
Playful and active is a good thing, if she were lethargic and only wanted to lie around then I would worry.

I just got a new puppy and I know how you feel this is the puppy stage and you will get mad, frustrated or even worried about their behavior. My puppy has been catching up on all the basic commands that are need in some situations. We have been working on "leave it" this command is very helpful during walks, the park or just at home. I usually do it when my puppy is chewing on chairs and legs. If it is to hard for you to take his focus of the object distract him with a treat or toy. Another very good remedy is tapping their nose and looking at them straight in the eye. Good luck:)
