If I started drinking from 9pm to 1am Saturday and took an est/etg saliva test at monday at 6pm will I pass the test?

Are you sure it is an EtG saliva test? I question that because EtG/EtS in saliva has a relatively short detection period... not much longer than alcohol. However, if that is the test being performed you will in all likelihood pass.

Was it 1am Saturday morning or Sunday morning when you had the last drink?
