You retain an experienced, highly recommended matrimonial Attorney AND you ask that your husband pay your legal fees.

The Attorney then hires "people" who investigate your husband's standard of living, income, whatever else you know and can prove.

They stash cash away like crazy, his mom has a safe full of 50 and 100 dollar bills, stacked up. His dad recently died, am I entitled to his life insurance? I know he got a huge amount. We are still married.

You are not entitled to his life insurance if there is another beneficiary - life insurance passes outside an estate, outside a Will.

Get an Attorney and prove what you've said.

If they have the money you say they do, you should have no problem getting an attorney. So tomorrow morning start shopping around for one.
