My husand owns 3 restaurants, a limo company, has bought a house all in his companies name, just so I can't touch it. He moved out 12 months ago, and left me with four kids, he sees two of them cause they play golf, he always has 2-3 thousand dollars in his pocket. How can I prove he is hiding money from his family! I have been an at home mom for 16 years. I don't know where to turn!!

You retain an experienced, highly recommended matrimonial Attorney AND you ask that your husband pay your legal fees.

The Attorney then hires "people" who investigate your husband's standard of living, income, whatever else you know and can prove.

You said nothing when he bought a house in the company name?

I got very angry, his family is very smart and puts things in differnet names to protect themselves. This is the third house they have bought, I don't know how they get away with it. They stash cash away like crazy, his mom has a safe full of 50 and 100 dollar bills, stacked up. His dad recently died, am I entitled to his life insurance? I know he got a huge amount. We are still married.

You are not entitled to his life insurance if there is another beneficiary - life insurance passes outside an estate, outside a Will.

Get an Attorney and prove what you've said.

If they have the money you say they do, you should have no problem getting an attorney. So tomorrow morning start shopping around for one.

...all in his companies name, just so I can't touch it. ...

If he owns these companies, your lawyer should be able to figure out how to touch it.
