I have voluntarily relinquished my parental rights due to my drug addiction and legal issues I was facing at the time, as well as to let my kids be taken out of a foster care. Cps was also involved at this time. Now I have completed a state rehabilitation program and am continuing to move forward and stay clean. Can I ever get my rights and my children back or at liest some type of visitation, even if it has to b supervised? I miss them and want to see them

Did you relinquish your rights or custody? You need to understand exactly what you signed. If you children were adopted out, then its not likely you can get them back, even for visitation. But if they were just placed in the Foster system then there is a chance.

My parental rights... I do know that they have not been adopted. My son is n a behavioral boys home, which is where he was before this. My daughter is w/members from my dads church and my family (my mom,dad sis & brother get to see both of them and even keep my son overnight on ocasion)

It is very rare for rights to be terminated. If your rights were truly terminated there is not much chance of a reversal. You would start by talking to your case worker or hiring an attorney.
