ok toilet was leaking when iflushed so pulled and replaced wax ring, now it wont empty the bowl even with nothing but water in it. tired several things including snake but nothing. also if i remove the wax ring or pick up slightly on the toilet while ring is down it flushes just fine.
put water hose in vent pipe and ran water through it and seems to be ok, any ideas?
