I have Firefox.. I'm cruising along with Google as my search engine, and all of a sudden ask.com replaced it.. I want my Google back. How do I do it? Why did ask all of a sudden appear. I don't like it.

Ask.com gets installed by a few other freeware programs. You have to be very vigilant to check where to uncheck that box during installation.

To get back to Google: by the Ask icon in the search box you should see a little gray arrow, click on that. To remove if completely click on "Manage Search Engines".
