We are residing in a rented house. But after my mother's death my brother wants to occupy the whole house alone which is inherited to both of us and registered in my mother's name and wants to register that inherited house in his own name and trying to remove me from my share because when we leave that house,the landlord will pay a huge amount.
My question is will he be able to register that inherited house in his own name alone and can I complain against him as I have also an equal share in that house?

I'm not following this. Are you residing in your mother's house and paying rent or residing somewhere else? If your mother's house what does that have to do with your rental.

If you will inherit a part share of your mother's house then your brother shouldn't be able to cheat you out of your share of the inheritance.
