Hi

I have been residing in India for the past 3 years and haven't yet filed my US Taxes. Can someone please help me how do I go about doing that for 2009,2010 and 2011?

Which forms do I need to submit to the IRS?

I think I will need to send these forms with my Form 16 as I have no W2. I am unable to e-file I guess W2 is mandatory there.

Awaiting a reply.

Please assist!

I can help you with those filings.

If you have been paying Indian income taes, then you likely have NOT U.S. tax obligations, though you STILL need to file.

Email me at the email address in my profile if you cannot see it below.

A U.S. citizen or resident must file tax return if worldwide income exceeds the filing requirements.
For each year you will file Form 1040. You may also need to complete Form 2555 for foreign income exclusion.
You must also be aware of forms TD F 90-22.1 (also known as FBAR) and 8938 Specified foreign financial assets (SFFA). . Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Citizen or Resident with Foreign Income (http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/us-citizen-or-resident-with-foreign.html)
