I Have Scratched My Legs And I Have What Appears To Be White Itchy Flaky Spots On My Legs. But Only Where I'm Scratchy. The White Goes Away. But If I Scratch The Same Spot The White Dry Skin Comes Back. I Used To Have It On My Left Side Of My Face But It Went Away. Now It Appears To Be Spreading On My Legs. Anyone Know What It Is?
