All right so here's the situation. My parents have joint custody of me but I do NOT like my mom. I want to live with my dad and step mom. I'm 12 years old and I know it seems kind of young but I really need some help. Ive been looking into this for a while now. My mom doesn't do anything to me to make me not like her except she is just really grouchy sometimes. And I don't have fun when it's her week to be with me. Please help!! Thanks (;

You dad could petition for full custody. Unless something has changed since the last custody order, he won't get it, and custody will remain as is. Courts generally don't take into consideration the complaints of kids who themselves say that they have nothing to complain about.
