After my cousin tells her borfriend she is pregnant, he threatens to break-up with her if she does not abort. She tell him she will keep her baby and he leaves. He never tried contacting her while pregnant nor after the baby was born. She recently filed for child support and he now wants to see her almost 2 year old daughter with his wife present. He does not love her. Does paying (forced) child support give him visitation rights? If so, can she ask for full custody (no visitation rights for the dad)? My cousin has not received a dime. He abandoned them. What can she do?
