Every time I am alone I feel like there is someone watching me and sometimes feel cold brezze go by me when the heat is on.I sometimes hear voices, my grandma and uncle died.I sometimes see white things moving in the night when all the lights are off, I think my cat senes because her eyes get real big. My grandma called me Baby Sam, at night I heard baby.I been hearing things for about a year now tell me if I am going crazy or if my grandma is watching me... or I think its my grandma and uncle

Hi there,
I think what you are describing is a very common experience many people have and because it is the unknown, that is when we convince ourselves it must be to do with the paranormal? I can tell you from what I know and I am very sensitive to the very things you have talked about and feel unexplained cold breezes and the presence of someone there, voices etc. I live in a shared house that I have no past connection with and no relatives have died here.
I am pretty positive that what you are picking up, is either memories that do exist in your house and (possibly the presence of your grandmother). It could also be that you are acutely sensitive to minute noises and sensations that include breezes that can subtly come from underneath the door from any part of the house in which cold air can escape. Often, I find that when I am fully engaged with something, it is then that nothing occurs that I am usually normally listening out for or awaiting to feel the presence of breeze. Ghosts are so debatable, but if they do exist, then I am pretty sure that they are generally oblivious to what the people alive are doing and are likely to not haunt knowingly so. I have come to believe that our own senses are a little more sophisticated than we assume and we do pick up on the slightest of sounds and vibrations when we are most open to them and are alert much of the time.
Changing your environment with nice colors and candles and scent will help you relax too. I am not saying that ghosts don't exist, but if they do, then they would be widespread in every home (as many people describe what you have) and think that their premises are haunted. A good thing to do to is to buy a thermometer and place it where you would normally feel a breeze and see how low that temperature drops? If it is a ghost, it should be reach a minus number but if not, then it is likely to be just a small breeze you can buy or make a cushion to put under your door. Engage your mind in positive activities such as listening to calming music and relaxation, a good film or book. All of these things will help you to not get worried and anxious about what might be there. When your eyes are tired or strained, it is only natural to see what you think is a ghost because you get white spots from being over-tired. I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about and sounds like to me, that you are just anxious and worrying over the past and the relationship you had with your relatives. I don't want to undermine your experiences, but I also feel the very things that you do and yet, the house where I live holds no memories as it is also new. If you put something under your door to keep warmth in and make it more attractive with lilac candles and lavender scented bed sheets, you will soon notice a difference to how you feel and I won't be surprised if the experiences you have now stop altogether because you are tense and worried.

Dude seriously , it is the truth. I work at a group home with 5 mentally disabled. 2 in there 20's. And rest elderly. One has autism and sycotic behaviors at times. He says he hears
Voices that makes him be that way. I figured that maybe that maybe it could be part of
His illness. But after a year of working there I hear the voices. Does that make me a sycotic too. I think that you are special that you keep your loved ones around you. It
Is a safety net. Just don't explore the reasons this is happening. Enjoy it for now who
Knows when they will go away.
