Okay, I was on my way to pick up my sister and my car slid on gravel and barely taped the car at the Stop sign in front on me. The only damage on her car was a little line from my license plate cover. The police were not called but I gave her my information. With this being my first accident ever, and being shaken up from how rude the older lady was, I did not get her information. Now, she has came to my house demanding my driver license number. She did not take it down when the accident occurred. AND she is claiming that the damage that aws done to her car was on the side, even though I barely hit the back of the bumper. I took a picture of the bumper when it happened and you can carely see that nothing is wrong other than a plastic mark on it. Do I need to give this lady my license number even though she didn't take it down, and even though she left where the acciendt happened before my dad could get there to look at the cars?

No. If the police had come, you would have had to give it to them, but you have no obligation to give it to her. Did you exchange insurance information?

I gave her my information, but I was so shaken at the time it happened that I didn't get hers. When she came to my house today I asked for hers and she refused to give it to me. I did not give get my license number yet because I want to make sure she really needs it before I give that out, plus I don't want to give it to her if she doesn't want to give me any of her information.
