If my employer regularly pays for my meals but does not report it as wages on my W2, do I need to report it as income when I file my taxes? Are there limits on how ofter the meals occur and/or the values of the meals?

It depends on the circumstances. Are we talking about all three meals per day? Also, are the meals provided for the convenience of the employer?

It might be 3 to 4 meals per week, generally just departmental lunches. I'm not sure how to interpret what "for the convenience of the employer" means.

These are NOT taxable meals. They are provided at the convenience of the employer to serve a business purpose. i.e. to host a business meeting during a period when the employee would normally NOT be doing business.
