I have been having a lot of cramping and major back pain. My feet and hands are really swollen and I feel like I could cry when I start walking. I
Need some advice I have been propping my legs up and took Tylenol and its not seeming to help.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Don't know where you live, but if you are anywhere that is hot right now, know that pregnant women tend to get dehydrated rather easily. Also, it takes a couple of doses of tylenol before the relief really kicks in.

So sorry your feeling so miserable hun :( I had horrible edema during my pregnancy too and this is what I'd do:

First soak feet (and your case also hands) in water with Epsom salts (use a lot)... Either a bath or a basin.
After that massage edema afflicted area with massage cream that has menthol in it.
Then lay on your left side with your feet propped up. Sounds impossible but all you have to do is build a stair of pillows starting from a little behind your knees. It's actually quite comfy.
And drink as much water as you can!

Doing this did wonders for me. Also when I was having lower back aches it helped to lay on my side and curl up with my knees going as high as they could go, which stretches out the lower back.

I hope you feel better soon. Hang in there it's almost over!
