I have a 16 years old daughter, and she is hanging around this 18 years old girl. They both have been caught skipping school and picked up by the police once and since that time she is not to be around this girl anymore. But for some reason here she is. We have told my daughter that she cannot go to this girls house cause evidently the girls parent(s) do not care who comes to her house. This one last time I told my daughter not to go any where for that matter and especially not to this girls house but when I left for work the 18 years old girl drove my duahgter to her house anyway without our permission. So my husband walked to the girls house to get our daughter and the 18 years old girl started getting smart withmy husband and trying to give all kinds of excuses why she could come over there without our permission like she was her mom or something. Is there anyway I can file some kind of restraint against her so she can stay away from my daughter and my house and keep my daughter from her and her home until she is 18 or out of my house?

I moved your post, you placed it in the area where you ask questions on how to use the site.

Please take time and see some of the areas on our site. To add more info, please answer your own thread.

You file because she is a danger to your child, causing the minor child to be a deliquent, has threatened to enter your home after being told not to tresspass.

She as a adult will not leave your child alone and is interfering with custody.

Next punish daughter when she disobeys, take away cells, computer use and more.
Monitor phones, all teen children with phones should have tracking device on them to show where the child is and where they have been during the day.
