I am looking for a pro bono attorney for my son who is currently unemployed and who is having difficulties with his wife. They have been separated for 2 + years and have 2 beautiful children ages 8 and 3. there are some extreme circumstances involved. There is no such thing as a "pro bono lawyer". Lawyers need to eat too. However, most Bar Assns required that lawyers do a percentage of pro bono work. That being said, most pro bono work is done for indigent criminal offenders. Not in Family Law.
