Hi

I am 27 years old. Married for three years. I did have irregularity in my periods and the doctor provided me with pills to stabilize the same. It was regular for a while until now. I am delayed with my periods by 10 days and since the past few days I have begun to notice that only after every workout session I have reddish brown discharge otherwise I am clean.
What could this mean ?
