Need more details. What was the nature of the case. Who did you sue and win. Why was the bank told to return your money.

My brother had a judgement against him and he was on one of my bank acct.
The bank withheld the money then charge me a garnishment fee of 100.00 and this put the acct in overdraft status and I was charge 28.00 and 28.00 for 3 consecutive days so I had to transfer 211.00 to cover the overdrafts. So I filed an objection to the garnisment and judge agree with me that the money in the acct was mine and the writ was not served properly

Then you should have asked the judge to award you those costs. This isn't the bank's problem. They got a writ issued properly.

I don't know whether you can go back to the court and ask to be awarded those costs. You might also sue your brother since it was his debt that got you into this mess.
