Sir,

I wish to marry a 31 yr old lady who has a 11 yr old daughter. The girl I want to marry is bit overweight. I am worried because both of her parents are diabetic. Her 47 yr old mother has family history of diabetes - her sibilings and mother are diabetic too - was tested positive very recently. My would be's father is 55 and he had cardiac bypass, and have got diabetes too. I don't have children and I wish to have.

I would like to know what is her possibility of being diabetic in the recent future. In my family nobody is diabetic and I keep a healthy life style. I am 44 yr old.

I know my would be is at risk. But would it be possible she is not being diabetic for another 10 yrs.

Thanks

Diabetes is genetic, it would be hard to say when she would be diagnosed with diabetes. Even so, with proper medication and following guidelines, eating healthy, keeping a normal weight diabetes may not be a problem in later years. It only becomes a problem when they become too comfortable with their condition and err on the side of judgment.

Diabetes is chronic disease

It has many symtomes

1. Unbalanced blood glucose.

2. Our body cannot utilize the glucose to generate the energy you need.

3. Our body starts breaking down fat

There is 10% chances of diabetes in her

If she had diabetes then she should take proper diet
