I have a 30days menstrual cycle. Expecting my periods to begin on the 6th of August. However, my fiancé is visiting on the 4th. I am considering to delay my periods for 5 days by taking Primolut N pills. Can you please advice if there are chances of pregnancy in these days? My fiancé has planned his visit from 4th aug to 11th aug. Will 4th aug till 11 aug be counted as safe days as my periods will begin only after the 12th of August when I discontinue Primolut N

Yes, pregnancy is still a possibility whenever there is a penis placed into a vagina. This medication is not a form of birth control, but rather to treat disorders such as painful periods (dysmenorrhoea), heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), irregular periods, continuous, heavy menstrual bleeding or premenstrual syndrome.

But isn't the week before my scheduled period considered Safe? Of what I know its said that 1week before and after the first day of period is considered to be safe.
My periods are supposed to begin on 6th August. If I have sex with him on 4th aug -11th while I'm on primolut should be safe right?

No of course not, there is no real "safe" period, that is a myth. Depending on many factors women have gotten pregnant the day before or even on they period.
