STAT-STAT

How can I statistically compare one set of numbers to another set of numbers for the purpose of determining if they agree and support each other? The first list of numbers were generated by a computer modeling program, and the second set was generated by an on-site field evaluator. Each set of numbers use the same 1 to 10 value scale. Pearson or Spearman? Statistical significance? My data sets consist of 9 numbers each (below). I need a yellow brick road, layman’s explanation on how to conduct this statistically analysis; even better your statistical analysis / evaluation of the data. The last time I used statistics was back in 1995 - all gone now.
These are the numbers:
7.4 8.0
3.2 4.5
7.0 8.0
7.0 8.0
6.8 5.5
7.0 5.5
6.0 7.0
6.8 6.0
8.6 8.0
