I recently installed a new air handler for my heat pump. The heat works fine but the air conditioner is not blowing cool air. Thanks

Is the ac running? If not check the breakers going to ac unit.(inside breaker box and out at the unit) If they changed the inside part they pulled the freon back in side the ac unit and may have not have turn the breaker back on.
