I have 93 Accord, will not Start. Cranks, no spark.
ICM and Igintor checked out okay. ECM changed.
Car was stalling after 10 - 15 minutes of driving.
Fuel pump okay. I di notice The D4 Light on the dash flashes when trying to start
Car. The Honda dealer can't seem to pinpoint problem? They say it may be a wiring issue which can get very costly. Would the ATC Module be bad?
Does inhibt it from starting possibly?

If the CEL consistently comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then focus on the distributor. Normally, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, located inside the distributor, solves the problem. Apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM. This should solve your problem.

Bench testing ICMs and coils is totally unreliable. The tests don't come close to simulating the intense heat generated under load. Instead, I recommend replacing these problematic components every 120,000 or 10 years, whichever comes first.
