I used to cut myself, for a while, thinking I was useless and all that crap, and I really regret it now. I've stopped, and now every time I think about cutting again I think about my favorite band, McFly, and that they would never want a person to do that to themselves, and that has helped me SO much. But, I am really ashamed of what I did, and I just really, really don't want anyone to find out. I'm tired of having to wear this cloth thing that I wrap around my arm, tired of having to cover them up. Is there anything I can do to make the scars fade more quickly?

Retin A cream is the best especially if your cuts are not too old.
You can also wrap your arms at night with silicone pads, it will remove the scars.
Hope this help.
Good luck with your positive decision,

Depends on how bad, sorry but you may always have them, You can seek medical help from your own doctor.

Also we all have bad issues in our past, perhaps you can talk to others who cut to be a role model for them
