I took my cat to a breeder to get pregnant about 8 weeks ago. She hadn't gone into heat, so we were never sure if she was pregnant. She got extremely friendly, and was always tired. We then went away for a weekend and came home to her not being as friendly, and crying and acting somewhat similar as when she was in heat. It's a week away from when she would have the kittens, is it possilble that she is pregnant?

Is her belly a little swollen? It should be pretty noticeable at this point. Very gently rub her lower belly. You should feel the babies if she is. If you don't feel anything, I would hazard a guess she is going into heat now. Best way to find out definitively is to have the vet check her asap.
