Since the age of consent in New Mexico is 17, this pervert is raping you and can be sent to prison for a long time. Prisoners hate child rapists, so he won't have a good time there.

No you can't get in trouble since you are the victim here. Since the age of consent in NM is 17 you are legally incapable of consenting to sex. He is a predator and a rapist and will, hopefully be put in jail.
