3 years ago I was in a dogged car with my friend and my seat belt flow off and I hurt my back and every so often it hurts I had a massage but usually goes away in 20 minutes after paint killer but not has been 3 hours and getting worse and the pain is much worse than before what do I do? It is getting back and I feel like I am dead
