If you violate your felony probation and are caught in another state and confined until your state officials extradite you, does all the time confined go towards your remaining sentence, and comes off your time remaining?

Yes that time should count, but what do you mean by "remaining"

If you have three years probation, and have been on probation two years and violate it, you an serve 3 years in jail, the time on probation does not count toward the jail time.
