Hi before I can ask my question I need tofigur out how to get the math symbols like pie and R squared?? Help

If the math symbology isn't too complicated then you can simply express powers using the "^" symbol (for example 5^3 means "five cubed"), and use "pi" for \pi. Be careful to properly use parentheses to avoid confusion. Do not try to cut and paste from other applications as the result will be illegible.
