I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and I have extreme pelvic pressure when sitting the only relief is when standing and walking. I have tried lying down in different positions different pillows different chairs. There is a light discharge but not an enormous amount I am contracting but not regularly.

Since you're having twins you are most considered a higher risk pregnancy. Most women carrying twins don't carry to term. If you have any concerns then I highly recommend calling your OBGYN.
Good luck.

The pressure could be the twins dropping, contractions Braxton hicks, and the discharge just being discharge.
It could also be your water partially broke and you're in non-active labor. The only way to know is if you go to your OB or the hospital. You need to make sure you go, since if your water has broken, even a bit, and it goes untreated it could lead to infection and harm the babies.
My suggestion to you would be to time your contractions, and pack your bags just in case. And go to your OB as soon as possible tomorrow, or if you loose more fluid to go to the hospital. Or if your contractions become extremely painful or consistent just go to the hospital. If you want a second opinion most OBs have a nurse line they can link you to when they're not open or you can call the hospital you'll be giving birth ats nurse hotline. Hope this helps. Good luck, hope those babies stay in there!
