Hi, I have been taking singing lessons for one year, and six months. I have discovered that I have bad acid reflux and my singing teacher told me to not eat certin foods before singing, but now, I had a choclolate farape today and I haven't sung that much; my throat is KILLING me. It's starting to get really sore. I am involved with a theater camp and I am auditioning for the main part on tuesday; I need to tame this ASAP! Please help if you know how or any suggestions. Right now I am drinking water. Once again it's really starting to hurt my throat, there is much mucus, and I have a big audition in three days. HELP!!
