I have a 2003 dodge sx 2.0 and have to keep turning it over to get it to start. Think there is something wrong with the fuel sensor, if there is one where is it?

Why do you think it is the fuel sensor? How was that diagnosed? Or just a hunch?
Here is one description of a fuel sensor location on a diff make of vehicle, from a website:
"It's a small circuit board built on to the side of the fuel pump assy. It can be changed separately but it costs a fortune considering what it is. Around $80 if I remember correctly. Once you go to all of the trouble to get to it you may as well change the entire fuel pump assembly and get everything new. Those are a small fortune as well. The best price I found was around $300. You have to drain and drop the fuel tank to get it out. It isn't really much of a project if you've done much automotive work but it's not something for a complete novice either. " end quote
There are many possible causes for hard starting such as battery condition, electronic ignition component failure, fuel pump, dirty injectors, water in gas, etc etc.
You need to get a professional diagnosis performed.
