Ok so I live in Washington and now live with my girlfriend so I was wondering since parents are being s about the emancipation I got. If they say my girlfriend parents have been letting have sex, and sleep together would the court label me as a sex offender? I am sixteen and she is sixteen, I turn seventeen in a couple of months.

Hello again, tory:
Nahh.
If your parents are threatening you with this, then I'd be getting ready to send them the letter I suggested you send. YOUR threat has weight!! Their's has none.

Unless a court has ordered and a judge signed an enancipation order you are not emancipated, you are merely not living at home.
Since your post asking about an enamcipatoin was only a couple of weeks ago, I doubt you have one, since they will take months to get, plus require attorneys, court dates and CFS getting invovled.
So if you are merely not living at home, your parents still have rights and obligations and can do all sorts of things if they stll wish to.

OK guys my court date is at the end of this month and, they said all I have to do is prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I have unfit parents not that hard. But anyway so cn my parents tell the court her parents are letting sleep in the same room and have protected sex, and then would the courts label me as a sex offender?

I used to live in WA and I believe that is 16 is the legal age for sex, it is under 16 that they can get you for statutory rape..
I have been gone a few years so it might have changed by now.
