I'm young, only fifteen but me and my longtime boyfriend just had sex (or at least attempted it) but he couldn't get in me. Than it really hurt but I didn't even really feel him inside me. He seemed to be enjoying it. There was no blood either and it never stopped hurting it felt like I never actually lost my virginity. We also didn't wear a condom even though he had one with him. Could I be pregnant if it didn't seem like I lost my virginity and niether of us 'came'? And why is it not working for us. One more detail that I might have to say is that I was on top amd he was on the bottom, would that make a difference? It wasn't awkward afterwards (we didn't even actually finish, we stopped after a few minutes) so that I don't have to worry aobut because we talk about everything. What's going on?

First, This was moved from the Adult Sexuality forum. You are 15 and that's not an adult. Even though you are playing at being an adult by engaging in sex, that doesn't make you an adult. So I moved this to any appropriate forum. Second, please don't use light colored fonts. They are much harder to read. I changed the fonts you used.

If his penis entered your vagina, even a little, you are no longer a virgin. While its possible you may not have broken your hymen, if there is penile insertion there is loss of virginity. And if there is penile insertion, there is a risk of pregnancy. You don't say how long ago this was or if you have missed a period. It's unlikely but not impossible that you could be pregnant. You won 't know until you miss a period and can take a pregnancy test.

To answer why it may not be "working" for you, it's because you aren't ready. At 15 you are too young to be engaging in sexual intercourse. Your body is still growing. And we are not going to give you instructions on how to improve your sex life. In fact, what happened to you was a rape. Yes I know you consented, but at 15 it is likely you cannot legally consent. Which makes it rape. And it could land your boyfriend in jail.

NO ONE should engage in sexual intercourse unless they are physically, emotionally and financially prepared to have a child. You strike out on all three.

Please heed this warning. You are trying to emulate adult behavior when you are still a child. I know you probably don't like to be referred to as a child, but physically and legally you are still a child.

You're right. I am way to young and am now really scared of the fact that I may be pregnant. This only happened a few hours ago so I won't know for sure till the end of the month. I'm going to speak to my boyfriend as soon as I can and tell him that I want to wait till I am at least sixteen. Thanks for your input.

No. Sixteen is also way too young. Think eighteen or twenty with high school finished, a good job, money in savings, being married to or in a strong relationship with someone responsible and stable, and living on your own (not with anyone's parents). Then you probably can manage and care for the baby that will result from having sex.

No! Tell him that you want to wait until you are prepared to have a child. Until then sexual intercourse is a no-no.

He couldn't get in you because you weren't ready, that and you're still young so your vagina is still very small. When you are ready, even if you are a virgin, you will be sexually aroused and your vagina will open up and become wet, so they won't have a problem going in.

I was in the exact situation you are at your age. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, and the only reason I don't regret it is because it opened my eyes and made me wait until I was ready. The next person I was with I am now married to with a child and we are extraordinarily happy. Please don't have sex with him again, but if you do MAKE him wear a condom and get yourself on birth control. Good luck.

I'm sorry but that doesn't happen for every woman. Some women don't naturally lubricate. Young girls can lubricate. I know your intentions were good but we take pride in the accuracy of the advice we give.

I'm sorry I should have also pointed out some people don't naturally lubricate. However I never said young girls can't lubricate. I said when your ready you should be able to lubricate.

And that's wrong. If she can't "lubricate" it does NOT mean she isn't ready.

There are various medications and health issues which can and do affect lubrication, even at her age.
