Since having my son 16 months ago by c section I have not had a normal period. I use to have heavy periods, now its black blood and last a few days. I have not had my period in 2 months. I have taking many pregnancy test they have been negative.
For the past month I have had burning, itching, painful raw feeling. I went to a walk in clinic and was given , Phenazopyridne, Diflucan, and Bactrim. I started feeling better until last night, the raw painful feeling came back. It burns inside my vagina when I pee, also when I have sex with my husband. Today I started my period after 2 months of not having one, it is a little black blood and the raw feeling is worse. What can I do?
I am overweight I gained 60 pound while pregnant I was on bed rest for 6 months. I am 257 pounds. I wash down there many times a day and change my underwear. Sometimes I wear a pad to bed due to pee leaking.

I would suggest that you visit your OB rather than a walk in clinic as the OB has a copy of your health history.

With that said, it's not a good thing to wash multiple times a day as that upsets the natural flora and fauna of the vagina, which can cause issues like this.

Do you and your husband use condoms? Is there a risk of a latex allergy?

No condoms I am extremely allergic to latex. When I say wash I mean rinse with water it takes away that burning feeling. I just moved to CA from AZ, I have am having a hard time finding a obgyn. I miss AZ that has much good healthcare. Im going to go to plan parenthood its my last resort even my own doctor won't help. I feel lost!

Planned Parenthood probably won't help much as many states, and I'm not sure about CA, don't employ OB/GYNs, believe it or not.

If you are extremely allergic to latex, do you buy special bras and panties? All panties, including cotton ones, do have latex in them.

How about the pads you wear to bed?

Most of my patients who have severe latex allergies have to have special panties that they cannot buy in stores.

This is all just a guess here.
