I have used my international ATM card from UOB Singapore in several different countries but cannot find an ATM in America that will take it. Does anyone know of a bank that will?

The USA is a really big place... you need to be more specific about what part of the USA.

How about California, Arkansas, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana and Arizona. It has worked in Thailand and Argentina.

It's all about which networks your bank supports. Often the network logos are on the card itself. Check your bank's website for which banking networks it supports then do a search for the US location using that network as a search term.

Although it is ( or should be) a Visa ATM card, the OUB web site does not list the US as a approved place for its use.

Same as with US Visa Debit cards, most can not be used within China.

You may look up to see if there are any HSBC banks in your areas, most people do not know that its parent company is owned from China. It is one of the cards issued in the US that is acceptable the most in China.

Also, really silly to me, but a PayPal and their cards, PayPal has fairly universal acceptance
