Hello c:

I don't know if the judge gave him credit for time served. I don't know how the county figures its good time. So, I couldn't give you a good number. But, call the jail and they'll tell you.

TDCJ ( Tennessee Department of Criminal Justice? )

I do not think that the time served in county jail will account for or equals a year. How did the court ruling account for this. The judge from my understanding in TN and I was there, at least in the past, the judge could allow but did not have to allow the good time add on from the country, the add on from the county is normally toward time served just in the county.

After his intake, he will be given a paper, on it, will be his MAX date, the longest he can serve, he will be given an estimated date ( is not firm but when they feel he will be released but it can change) and then the early date it could even be possible for prole.

My estimate guess is he will be in about 3 year.

And to be honest it does not even matter at this point and time, as noted he will be given specific dates after having intake. So he will get from the prison a written statement telling him all of the important dates
