My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years now. We tell each other that we love each other all the time. He always does small things that shows me that he cares for me and that he loves me, but I feel that what he does is better than what I do. He always says he loves me more and then I say no I love you more then he says prove it.. but how do I prove it? Please help

If you have to prove it, then it's not love.

Love is unconditional, it doesn't have to be proven. Flowers, candy, holding the door open, that's not love, that's being nice. Real love is the way you act towards the person you love, it's acceptance, understanding, communicating.

You can't prove love. If he's asking you to prove it, then it's not really love.

Just my opinion, but what do I know? I've only been with my husband for more than half my life.

He either believes you love him or he doesn't.
When you love a person, you treat them with respect, you are kind and considerate. Asking someone to prove how much they love you is a childish thing to do.
Do you know you love him? Then that's what matters. People show love in different ways. That does not mean you love any less or more.

Nothing says I love you like a tattoo , OK seriously , love is not proved, it just is.
