I'm going to close my s-corp in a few months. I'm retiring. Had company for 26+ years. I will still owe some creditors. Things are very slow and it will take me a few years to pay everyone off. What do I need to do to close my company?
I don't want to get sued by anyone. Should I change my corporate status first or can I close as a S-corp?
