My girlfriend and mother of my 1 year old daughter, took my daughter away from me! She has left the state and refuses to tell me where my daughter is! She also refuses to let me speak to my little girl or even say good night to her. My now ex, has a history of violence and I have called the police on her multiple times for actually attacking me. She has attacked me in front of several of my family members, in front of my friends, and even at my grandfathers funeral in front of everyone. I have never, EVER, caused her or any other women any harm. I am actually afraid that she is going to harm my baby and that no matter what I do, I will never be able to see my little girl again. I went to the police station this morning, and the female police officer laughed in my face when I said I wanted my daughter back. I losing my mind, someone PLEASE HELP! How do I get my daughter back to where she will be safe and sound??

Are you on the birth certificate or signed an acknowledgement of paternity? Has their been any court orders acknowledging you as the legal father and/or establishing visitation?
