Asw, approximately 8 months ago after being treated unjustly I requested a divorce from my ex husband, he was very reluctant & to tell you the truth he did not want to do it. He eventually gave it to me, we both now regret it. My question is how long is the idaa for khula and can the husband take the wife back during the idaa & is the evidence for the answer a strong or weak Hadith. Also my ex husband requested for the mahr back which he then changed his mind and said out of good gesture I could keep it, he stopped providing for me straight away, does this invalidate the khula?
